All orders are fulfilled on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price you are quoted is the price you pay — freight, insurance, and all applicable import duties and taxes are included, and there are no surprise charges on delivery.
Once an order is confirmed and paid, we begin sourcing directly with our verified manufacturing and logistics partners in China. Typical timelines are as follows:
A tracking reference is shared with the customer as soon as goods leave the origin warehouse. Customs processing, weather, or carrier disruptions can occasionally extend these windows; we proactively notify customers of any material delay. Risk in the goods transfers to the customer on delivery, consistent with DDP under Incoterms® 2020.
Because most orders are sourced and produced specifically against a customer's specification, we begin work with our supplier network promptly after payment is confirmed.
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of defect, damage, or non-conformance with the agreed specification.

What we collect: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and order details you provide when requesting a quote or placing an order. Payment is handled by third-party payment processors — we do not collect or store full card numbers.

Who we share it with: only with the logistics partners, suppliers, and payment processors needed to fulfil your order, or where required by law. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Retention: data is kept for as long as needed for the business relationship and for the statutory record-keeping periods required of UK companies (typically up to 6 years for financial records).

Scope of services: Aadhi Global Supply Chain Ltd provides sourcing, procurement, and DDP import facilitation between China and our customers' destination markets (B2B and B2C), alongside SaaS products such as ReplyFast.co.uk, operated under the same company.
Quotes and pricing: quotations are provided in USD, GBP, or SGD as agreed and are valid for the period stated at the time of quoting.
Payment terms: B2B orders are typically payable in advance via bank transfer or secure payment link before sourcing begins. A binding order is formed once payment is confirmed, not at the point of enquiry or quote.
Delivery: orders are fulfilled on a DDP basis as set out in our Shipping Policy above.
Liability: our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).
Intellectual property: the content, branding, and design of this website belong to Aadhi Global Supply Chain Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
